Full Body Strength

Tuesday: 5:30PM-6:15PM

This total-body training session is all about building strength, improving muscle tone, and boosting endurance from head to toe. Using a mix of free weights, resistance tools, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll target every major muscle group with a focus on proper form and controlled movement.

Cove Conditioning Express

Thursday: 7:30AM-8:00AM

This 30-minute high intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Wednesday: 12:15PM-1:00PM

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. All you need is your body and your mat!
