Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

With over 12 years of experience managing premier corporate fitness centers, including facilities at Google and LinkedIn, Ryan brings extensive expertise to his role as General Manager of The Cove's fitness center. His leadership philosophy centers on fostering community through fitness and creating an environment where members can maximize their workout potential.

As both a personal trainer and group fitness coach, Ryan takes a personalized approach to fitness instruction, meeting each individual wherever they are in their wellness journey. His training sessions are thoughtfully designed to be time-efficient while helping clients feel energized, stronger, and more confident. Understanding the demands of busy schedules, he emphasizes practical, results-driven programming that fits seamlessly into members' lives.

When not at The Cove, Ryan enjoys exploring the Bay Area with his wife and toddler, maintaining his own fitness regimen, and cheering on the Golden State Warriors. He looks forward to welcoming you to our state-of-the-art fitness center and helping you achieve your wellness goals.

SIMON COHN

Massage Therapist

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Simon has been a practicing massage therapist since 2012. His work blends Swedish/Deep Tissue with a combination of Eastern modalities, including traditional Thai massage and Shiatsu. He is also a certified yoga instructor specializing in restorative and therapeutic techniques.

SOPHIE DE LANCIE

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Sophie earned her 200-hour yoga certification with Wake Up Yoga in 2020. She discovered yoga in high school and deepened her practice at Villanova University, recognizing its lasting impact on personal healing. Through diverse vinyasa styles, she empowers students to take their practice beyond the mat. Originally from San Francisco, she enjoys outdoor activities, photography, and music. In Philadelphia, she taught at Uprising ACM studio, Womenspace group recovery home, and Avira residence, along with kids and chair yoga through Yoga4Philly. Passionate about childcare and community outreach, she integrates yoga into her work.
